WBYS Financial Aid Policy
Woodbury Bethlehem Youth Soccer (WBYS) wants to be sure that every child in our community, regardless of family financial status, is afforded the opportunity to play soccer in our program.
Financial aid can be provided by request or recommendation. For a child to receive a waiver or reduction of registration and or uniform fees, written documentation supporting the necessity of the request will be required. Absent additional circumstances, a child enrolled in the free/reduced school lunch program will be considered to have met the qualifications for a waiver or reduction.
To request or recommend consideration for financial aid, submit a note (including the name or names of the players) with a copy of the free / reduced school lunch confirmation or other supporting documentation via email to

For timely consideration, the request should be submitted no later than Jan. 25 for the Spring Season or July 15 for the Fall Season.
